Change from "Unix Timestamp" in item to "time duration till now"

Hello,

i got a item that stores a Unix Timestamp as String/Text.
Those time string is collected via a bash-script / UserParameter.

What i would like now is that Zabbix did not displays this time stamp, but the time since then to now. That i can read directly how many time is gone since then.
