I have Zabbix 4 deployed on Ubuntu server 18.04 LTS with Sophos Antivirus for Linux v10.4.
There is a constant CPU usage of on-access Sophos scanner whnever Zabbix server is active. If I stop Zabbix server service, Sophos CPU usage disappears. I'd like to create exceptions in Sophos configuration but I can't figure out what should be excluded. Are there any files/directories that Zabbix server is intensively using during its run? Should I exclude also something related to MySQL?
