Try manually setting one up, I don't know about the latest version, but I know some of the versions, the included templates were not setup properly.

              SNMP Not Support

I had a similar problem with SNMP and corrected it by changing the 'type of info' setting. In my case I was typing to collect sysName (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0) which should have been 'character' instead of 'text' as it contained numeric data. Any chance that solves your problem?

For Windows CPU Monitoring I use the hrProcessorLoad.??? OID like

                name: .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.host.hrDevice.hrProcessorTable.hrProcessorEntry. hrProcessorLoad.1 = INTEGER: 0
                OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1 = INTEGER: 0

And a incremental (1) for each processor like: 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2 for Proc2, 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.3 for Proc3 and so on.

                []'s
