GPS tracking with Google Maps in Zabbix

Hello,

is it possible to track and display mobile units in Zabbix maps view?
I developed a remote control device with ethernet connectivity and a GPS receiver. GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) may be polled using SNMP v2.
I would like to display GPS position on a map in Zabbix.
Is there a way to do so?
