Monitoring zabbix proxy

How to monitor zabbix proxy "Utilization of internal processes" ?
I install zabbix agent on zabbix proxy .

I think you would create a host for the Zabbix Proxy and use the appropriate template.

That's exactly what I did but the graph of the proxy and the main server are the same (Attached is an example).
How do I measure only the Utilization of internal processes of proxy?

The host you created must be monitored by exactly the very same proxy, not by the server directly. Therefore they are called "Internal items" which display the metrics for the entity that is monitoring them.

Where is this definition? Can you direct me what configuration should I change / update?

You have the proxy added to both Administration -> Proxies and Configuration -> Hosts sections, correct?

Now in Configuration -> Hosts find that host, open its config and select "Monitored by proxy" the correct proxy.
