Problem with Equallogic Template

Hello,

the SNMP works fine on my Equallogic (tested with: Linux Generic Template), but if i use this one: https://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Monitori...llogic_Systems - zabbix get an SNMP Timeout.. but i can use SNMPWALK on the console to the Equallogic and it works fine too..

does anyone has an idea?

Did you try to check that:
- you configured {$SNMP_COMMUNITY}
- snmpwalk gets some results for OID=1.3.6.1.4.1.12740.2.1.1.1.9.1
- what snmp request give SNMP timeout error
