installation from package and own database server

    Hi!
I'm using Debian linux. I want to use Zabbix server with MariaDB (with is compliant with MySQL).
I want to use Debian packages, but I encounter problem. I try to install zabbix-server-mysql, that try to install mysql-server and remove mariadb-server. Of course, it's not acceptable.
Is there any other package for Debian that install Zabbix server (without MySQL server or even web frontend (I'm using Nginx, not Apache, that is in manual)?
I don't see anything interesting there.
I checked the forum, documentation, etc and haven't found anything useful.
    Thanks for any advices.

    Hello and welcome!

I think with such combination (Debian + MariaDB + Nginx) you have to compile Zabbix only from sources as described here: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...lation/install

After a brief search I found an article that could possibly match your environment.

I apologize that it is in Russian, but it is quite readable also with Google translate.

    Hope that helps!
