Database update failed (4.0.0 to 4.2.0)

Hey,

I just updated my Zabbix installation with the documentation from https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../debian_ubuntu

My Zabbix is installed on a Ubuntu 16.04.

Looks like the database update hasn't worked. I get the following error message if I try to connect to the frontend:

• The frontend does not match Zabbix database. Current database version (mandatory/optional): 4000000/4000000. Required mandatory version: 4020000. Contact your system administrator.

Update console output looked good. Is there a way I can trigger the database update manually? Maybe there is a bug in the 16.04. package too.

Check the zabbix server logs.

Problem was an access denied error... DB password was missing.
