Zabbix 4.0.4 to 4.2.1 Upgrade Frontend does not match Zabbix database

Hi

Looking for some help

I have upgraded Zabbix on ubuntu 18.04 from 4.0.4 to 4.2.1.

I followed the Zabbix instructions below

I then restarted the Zabbix Server Service

But connecting i now get this error as if the Database has not been upgraded, Can i complete this manually ??

Yo have upgraded zabbix frontend but zabbix database still is in older format.
Did you upgrade zabbix server as well?
If yest check server logs.

Yes i upgraded Server

The error logs indicated Permission errors to the MySQL database

I reverted back my snapshot and completed the upgrade again as per the Zabbix instructions

I had overwritten the config files

This time when prompted instead of overwriting the config file i kept the original and this time the Server and Database both upgraded fine
