[Zabbix 4.0] Event triggered, it shows sent in action but i never received the mail

HI Masters,

I suffered from this issue for a long time, i was configured my zabbix server on Centos7 and send alert mail by mailx with script.

i was tested by "echo "Test content" | mail -s "Test" -r [email protected] [email protected]", i can receive mail.

but i can never receive a single mail by zabbix alert, but it show "sent" in action. Could anyone support a good hand or hint to lead?.. plz thank you!!

When i check the /var/log/maillog, there isn't anything, even though i sent out mail before, really need an advice.. Thank you

I am pretty sure this mail sent but i never received, i checked my gmail junbox all the time.. Please Help...
