Clear old items

I have zabbix 4 and I its getting full.
How can I clear the old data ?
I couldn't login to mysql , I tried Admin , appliance as user and zabbix as password.
If any one can help me with steps please?

Did you configure the housekeeper correctly? Furtheron check the history settings for all items. History can generate a lot of data without noticing at first. (I guess the calculation was something like New values per second *3600 seconds * 24 hours * 8B per value)
