Agent dont start after instalation : zbxpcp.so

Hi, we just install an new agent in an centos 7 machine, but when we start it, it keeps repeating this error in the logs :

    28485:20190613:160530.893 loading modules failed, exiting...
28492:20190613:160541.137 Starting Zabbix Agent [Zabbix server]. Zabbix 4.2.0 (revision 91746).
    28492:20190613:160541.137 **** Enabled features ****
    28492:20190613:160541.137 IPv6 support: YES
    28492:20190613:160541.137 TLS support: YES
    28492:20190613:160541.137 **************************
    28492:20190613:160541.137 using configuration file: /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf
    28492:20190613:160541.142 cannot initialize module "zbxpcp.so"
    28492:20190613:160541.142 loading modules failed, exiting...

We have another centos 7 machine ( also with proxy ) that is working fine, the only diference was the packages instaled, We would like to know witch package is missing and causing this error. Obs: pcp is not installed on eather machines ( the machine that is working dont have it ). Should I install it anyway ? Where can I get the list of required packages/libs for the zabbix agent ? Obs: this machine also have an working fine proxy.

    Regards,
    Wagner.

zbxpcp.so does not include the standard Zabbix agent package. If you do not have pcp installed, you don't need a module to call pcp.
Please try comment out the LoadModulePath and LoadModule settings in zabbix_agentd.conf.

      Hi Atsushi,

      Thanks for the reply.
Its an new agent installation, it happens this machine already have an zabbix proxy installed, I am not sure if this is related with this problem.
Since its an new installation, the zabbix_agentd.conf is just the default one, there is no LoadModulePath or LoadModule settings in it yet.
Still, for some reason the agent is trying to load this, I did notice some bugs related to this, I am not sure if this is the same case.
Also, I wander if someone else got this problem, and if there is something I could do to workaround this error, like install the pcp ?

      Regards,
      Wagner.

I just remove the module with:

        Code:
        sudo yum remove pcp-export-zabbix-agent
        and every thing works
