If you have built your environment using standard packages, you need to upgrade each of the installed packages for Zabbix. By updating the packages for the repository first, you can upgrade each package with the yum command or apt command.
The upgrade of the contents of the database is done automatically when you start the Zabbix server.
You should also back up your configuration files and database before upgrading.
