zabbix ping script or trigger with packet size of 5000

Hello,
i want to make a script for ping to monitor hosts in zabbix with ping count of 10 and packet size of 5000. The script will run every 30mins and if any of the host misses the ping with this packet size i got trigger. Please help me to make the script.

you can do that by Powershell and make it in task scheduler of windows
