sending triggers every 30 minutes until ACKED, how to setup?

I need to send triggers every 30 minutes until ACKED, how to setup?

my zabbix is 2.2.4.

configuration->actions->create action

create you own action.. under operations:

down below you see "conditions" somthing like "Event acknowledged = Not Ack"

and in the top of chtis operations you see "Default operation step duration:" here can you set it to 1800, and step from 1 to 0..
