Zabbix Active Proxy - Data Sender Too Busy

Hi All,

I have a number of Zabbix Proxies (active) that are reporting the data sender process is too busy. I'm trying to determined what needs to be tweaked / tuned, but I'm not sure what I can do to resolve the issue.

The proxy currently has about 10NVPS, (although not 100% sure this is accurate) (the proxy only services about 10 hosts, and they're not over-monitored)

What metrics need to be looked at and what can I do to resolve the issue?
