How Configuration->Actions are processed

Hello Everyone.
Could someone tell me how Actions are processed?
What is not clear for me: If we have defined few actions and trigger / host can be matched to more than one condition all other actions (ordered by id) are processed or the first which is matched is processed only?

How much complicated can be the "Custom expression" defined in Action? This, from attached screen shot is OK?

Information in documentation are a little poor for me.

Thanks all for attention. I solved issue. The problem was in the configuration. "Operation" was set to send messages to groups, but the group doesn't had grant correct access to hosts group where is the host from which I use triggers in "Conditions".
