Frontend does not match zabbix db

hello everyone,
i have just finished installing zabbix on ubuntu 18.04 boinic following this guide:

the server is up and running and actually showing me the setup progress on localhost/zabbix
but unfortunately i am stuck on this page here:


as you can see in the photo is says:
Cannot connect to the database.
The frontend does not match Zabbix database.
i been trying to go through google and its results for the past 2 hours trying to sort this out but with no use,
i'll mention that im not proffesional linux user, to be exact, i haven't use linux up untill now
and i actually followed the guide step by step to this point
and as i said i cant figure out how to solve it no matter what article and solution i find on google and try.

any help at this point would be deeply appriciated

Did you import initial data?

# zcat /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql*/create.sql.gz | mysql -uzabbix -p zabbix

i think i had an error back there and now i cannot re do it,
can you give me instuctions?
