because 1:00AM to 5:00AM is backup time

Your trigger expression for time period 05:00AM to next day 01:00AM would look something like this:

 {<template or host>:<item>.<main trigger value> &
({<template or host>:<item>.time(0)}<010000 | 
 {<template or host>:<item>.time(0)}>050000)
