Proxy with Zabbix

Hello,

I just installed Zabbix last week on a LAN network called "RC network" of my company with no internet connection. The goal is to monitor all the devices of this network.
However, I have also to monitor servers of some remote sites of the company that are connected to the "RC network" through a WAN. Is it possible with Zabbix ?
Do I have to create a proxy ?

It can be monitored if the Zabbix server can connect to the server at the remote site via the network. If you want to reduce the traffic on the WAN and reduce the access restrictions, you should build a Zabbix proxy at the remote site.
