CPU Percentage 0 - 100%

Hello. I'm trying to get the CPU percentage through SNMP on my Cisco Catalyst 9300. I currently have it displaying through the Cisco IOS SNMPv2 Template, but it only shows a zoomed in (Currently 0 - 2%) graph with the value sitting at 1% utilization. How can I force it to always show 0-100% regardless?

If it is a graph display, try changing the Y axis from 0 to 100 in the graph settings.
