cannot create screen with 3 columns or more (bug)

please help, cannot create screen with 3 columns or more (bug), when create the 3 columns, the select button is missing.

Tried on all browser.

please see the attached picture.

Zoom out.
Use Ctrl-(grey-) or Ctrl-(mouse wheel down)
