zabbix send OK alert message when add new host

HI：
when i add new host to zabbix , it send agent OK alert and other OK alert， why？

my triggers：
{Template_SN_OS_Linux:agent.ping.nodata(10m)}=1
{Template_SN_OS_Linux:system.uptime.change(0)}<0

one day，i add 1000 hosts，and then i got 1000 OK alert message ...

In Action configuration, add
Action condition "Trigger value = PROBLEM".

Were you able to fix this issue?

I have the same kind of issue. Even i set "Trigger value = PROBLEM", zabbix will always send execute an action and send an email for "OK".

How can we make sure to get ONLY "PROBLEM" emails?
