    You should check response time and response code I guess

      Hey Bruno,

      I have created a trigger as shown in the above screenshot but when the server is UP it is saying as problem and when it down it says the server is working fine(I set it kinda reverse and dont know how to make it work)

      What should I have to do to make it work perfectly?

      Thanks
      Yash

          {Zabbix server:web.test.fail[Clearsense Health Check GLUU IDENTITY].last()}<>200

          Please check whether it works or not

            Yeah, but you should see if sometimes the server is not returning an other code that doesn't represent a failure (a 300 for instance) and maybe check if the item that check for errors is returning something different than an empty string. The other thing is that maybe you want to increase verification time to don't be fooled by false positives.

            I use my web check triggers like:
            Code:
            {SRV-FTP-BACKUP-CONVERT:web.test.rspcode[Convert Video Cloud - Redeagro,Entrar no Site].last()}>399 or {SRV-FTP-BACKUP-CONVERT:web.test.fail[Convert Video Cloud - Redeagro].last()}>0

              I have added this {Zabbix server:web.test.rspcode[Clearsense Health Check GLUU IDP,id-test.clearsensecloud.com IDP].last()}>399 or {Zabbix server:web.test.fail[Clearsense Health Check GLUU IDP].last()}>0 and will check the trigger and let you know.

              Thanks

                      At those spikes one of your steps failed on your web scenario check. This could mean that your internet oscilated on that period or some other thing. I guess that's not too much to worry about.
