Monitor File content with discovery

Hi
I have a use case and it feels like Zabbix can help me do it, but i don't know to.

I have N build agents on a server (windows but not sure it's important)
First, i need to discover how many agents there are, then monitor the configuration file within the directory

Let's say:
C:\agent1
C:\agent2
C:\agentn

I will need to monitor
C:\agent1\conf\configuration.properties
C:\agent2\conf\configuration.properties
C:\agentn\conf\configuration.properties


Then, i will create a trigger that raise an alert if the content of the file has no pattern1 or pattern2 or pattern3.

Any advice?
