I defined a host that does not exist (I specified an IP that does not respond to ICMP) and I defined the icmpping item, which always returns zero.
I created a trigger like this: {HOST:icmpping.last(0)}=0.
Configuration > IT services I created a service TEST, Status calculation algorithm - I tested with all values (I do not undestand the meaning of each one), Link to trigger? - I choosed the trigger I had just defined and I checked Show SLA.
The problem is that no matter what I do the SLA remaines 100%.
Any addvice would be appreciated,
