Determine and sort Servers for diskspace

Hello,

I have been asked for creating some reports containing multiple attributes of different checks from different servers.

For example
I want to determine all server's diskspace (maby in an aggreated host?) to find out which one has the biggest amount of data usage.

Is there a solution for my problem?
