    Zabbix 2.2.5 & Latest data Empty

    Hi to all,

    after some research on the web and on this forum I have not found the solution to this problem. Every time I go to the pages of the latest data, after a few seconds it shows me a blank page (if the filter group and host are set to "all").

    Can someone tell me how to solve this issue?

    PS: The history_uint is now about 7.7GB

    Regards.

    A blank page is often an indicator that PHP's memory limit was reached.
    Did you already took a look at your web servers's log file?

      From the Apache2 error_log:
      PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 128 bytes) in /usr/share/zabbix/include/classes/api/CRelationMap.php on line 73, referer: http://192.168.105.32/latest.php?ddr...9ea0077e931d9d

      I tried to change the value of the memory_limit from 128M to 512M,
      but nothing has changed...

        Does the error message complain about exceeding the new configured limit?
        Did you configured the setting in the right file?
        Code:
        # rpm -ql zabbix-web | grep etc/httpd
        /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf

          No
          Now the memory_limit=256M but in the error_log:

          [Mon Aug 04 15:48:45 2014] [error] [client 192.168.20.43] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 78 bytes) in /usr/share/zabbix/include/classes/api/CRelationMap.php on line 73, referer: http://192.168.105.32/latest.php?sid...5&hostid=10120

          The output:

          [root@zabbix-2 ~]# rpm -ql zabbix-web | grep etc/httpd
          /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf

            Then you probably haven't configured it in the right place - assuming you didn't forgot to restart httpd.
            So, the right place should be /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf.

              I'm a real A**! Now it works, even if the query is slow.
              I have found that the queries don't have indexes (unfortunately) : (

              Thank you very much

                I am late to the show, but this helped me as well with my Zabbix 2.4.3 upgrade. Thanks!

                  How to edit?

                  Same problem here with the "blank-page". I'm using: CentOS release 6.6

                  Code:
                  # [B]rpm -ql zabbix-web[/B]
                  package zabbix-web is not installed
                  Code:
                  # [B]cat /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf[/B]
                  <VirtualHost *:80>
                      ServerAdmin our e-mail
                      DocumentRoot /var/www/html/zabbix
                      ServerName our server
                      ErrorLog logs/zabbix_error_log
                      CustomLog logs/zabbix_access_log common

                  #    <Directory "/var/www/html/zabbix">
                  #        Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
                  #        DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php
                  #        AllowOverride All
                  #        Order allow,deny
                  #        Allow from all
                  #    </Directory>
                  </VirtualHost>

                  Would this be the correct value?
                  memory_limit=256M

                  Looks like I've got to add it to this file: /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf
                  But inn which line?

                  Thanks for help

                    Should be line 14.
                    Code:
                        php_value memory_limit 128M
                    Set it to 256M, save the file and don't forget to restart httpd process to apply the changes.

                    Best Regards,
                    Ingus
