Zabbix Remote Node

Hi I am trying to use Zabbix to monitor my client's nodes in different locations... So they are on a separate network / ISP. I am hosting a zabbix server at my premises and I'm trying to make the Zabbix agent on my client's nodes to send data to my server here. I can't find any explained tutorial. Can anyone explain what needs to be done please? Thanks

You just need to configure server/server active on the zabbix_agent.conf
Of course the server address/ports should be reached from hosts and the ports (10050/10051)
