Is it possible to automatically acknowledge for problems with information?

I would like for problems with Information severity to be acknowledged automatically, and as a message, to extract the contents of the log. We have an item that monitors when someone made a release on the firewall, in the log there are those who made the release and when. I would like to send this information to acknowledged automatically now. It's possible?

There is an opened request for this, so probably isn't possible.

I thought of making an item of type Zabbix agent (active) that checks if the log has been modified. But I would like the trigger to have the format: <user> made <action> <site, network or machine> from <source_host>. Is it possible to do that? At the moment, we only see if the file has been modified. If it appears in Zabbix who did what, according to the log, we would only mark ack with a 'aware'.
