    Zabbix Agent Configuration

    Hi All

I am trying to get any information about the part how Zabbix Agent handles the part if there are active checks are configured and Agent is loosing the connectivity with the server.

Does it stores the collected data in memory to be sent later and if there are configuration for that?

I have remote server monitored and sometimes the connection latency is quite high and causes timeouts.

    Regards,

    No, it doesn't.

You can use proxy, which tryes to keep in DB some data (limidet with pool).

ProxyOfflineBuffer ... Proxy will keep data for N hours in case if no connectivity with Zabbix server.
    Older data will be lost.

IMHO yes, Zabbix agent stores collected data in memory (= non persistent storage) - in buffer. Check settings BufferSend/BufferSize
