Problem during Installing Zabbix web interface

Hi,

I am facing issues with web interface installation.

Operating System :CentOS release 5.10

Installaing through sources

Version is zabbix-2.2.3.tar.gz

Installation went fine upto web interface, During web interface am not getting the Zabbix server details (4) page.

Don't know where to check and tried two times installing from the begining but invain. attached the screen shot.

Could anyone please help.

Hi,

Here are some questions and pointers for you.
1. Did you ever check the attached screenshot here? It is slightly unreadable.
2. Seems you have stuck at config page 3 which is database details. (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...lation/install)
Have you configured your database as described here: (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...all/db_scripts)? In page 3 then you have to enter the information from DB setup.
3. Not really related to your problem, but anyways - you should consider installing Zabbix from packages. That makes the installation and upgrade later much easier.
4. You are not installing the latest stable 2.2.5 version. Try it instead of 2.2.3.

--No , Database page Testing connection coming as OK but when I press NEXT button, its not going anywhere.

3. Not really related to your problem, but anyways - you should consider installing Zabbix from packages. That makes the installation and upgrade later much easier.

--Actually I succeeded once, but with good amount here and there modification (as it is first time). So thought to freshly I removed all zabbix by rm -Rf and started again and struck there.
4. You are not installing the latest stable 2.2.5 version. Try it instead of 2.2.3.

--I will try but if I am not able to address this.
