    broken graph on one network interface but not another

    I got a juniper switch, some of the interfaces are broken graphs, some are not. These are just basic SNMP low level discovery interfaces. please see pictures.
    Any reason for this and how can I troubleshoot this?

    thanks.

      Hi,

      What do you have for Timeout= parameter in your zabbix_server.conf file?

      My guess would be to increase it if you have it at a low or default value.

      Best Regards,
      Ingus

          Take a look at this thread: https://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43741

          Looks like there is no clear solution in the end and I don't know if the problem was solved but there are lots of troubleshooting steps mentioned to try for you as well.

          Best Regards,
          Ingus

            seems it is crossing the 32bit range:
            IF-MIB::ifInOctets.10101 = Counter32: 3789997922
            The number 2,147,483,647 is also the maximum value for a 32-bit signed integer in computing.

            I am not sure , but this counter32 should be caculated as GAUGE in zabbix

              See if your equipment has 64 bit counters, like ifHCInOctets
