- Did you specify the destination user in the action settings?
- Did you subscribe to emails on the media in the user's profile?
Yes, I have set action also set the destination user in action settings as well as subscribe emails on media in a user profile.
I have noticed that there is no record/empty
showing/displaying in Reports>Action log.
I can send a test email as I mentioned earlier.
