Agentless monitoring by SNMP or even CIM

Seems that this can only achieve by SSH key and password. And only network service can be check.
Other monitoring tool such as Cacti can retrieve info such as CPU, RAM, disk status by SNMP.
Is Zabbix possible to use SNMP or even CIM?
