    Monitoring temperature Cpu

    Hello,

I wanted to ask you some help because i tried to follow this procedure:

But while i try to get data information, it seems that i have this error:
    Statut "Not supported"
Received value [] is not suitable for value type [Numeric (unsigned)] and data type [Decimal]

Does anybody has any idea how to make it work?

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Christophe

Let's start to debug your case.
    1) Please, show the result of command:
    Code:
sudo ipmitool sdr type "Temperature" |grep Ambient
    2) Please, show the result of next command:
    Code:
    sudo ipmitool sdr type "Temperature" |grep Ambient |grep 7.1 |sed -e 's/.*7.1 | \([0-9]\+\).*/\1/'
    3) Then, do the same command under "zabbix" user.
    4) compare the results. If it's not the same - do some "sudo" tuning to get the same result under "root" user and under "zabbix" user credentials.

Tell us what do you have and what did you do already.
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey

Check sudo permissions for "zabbix" user.
When you doesn't have enough permission, you cannot start the script and collect any information.
        Sincerely yours,
        Aleksey
