Convert units V

I'm monitoring an ups and the values bring them to me like that: when te value is 230.60V and I configure the units in V , zabbix show 23.06Kv . If i dont set Units in item description - zabbix show value 23060. Any way to force zabbix to show the value 230.60 ? Thanks!

I think you should divide the value by 100 in the item settings. Using item preprocessing, Zabbix functionality multiplies by 0.01.

Add preprocessing step in that item Preprosessing tab.
- Name: Custom multiplier
- Parameters: 0.01
