Dynamic root partitions

Hello,


Is it possible to have a Zabbix check for Linux servers to check the (available) size of a partition. But this in a dynamic way?
Like some servers use only "/", but others have different partitions for /boot, /tmp etc etc.
Is it possible to have 1 'dynamic' check and 1 trigger for them?
