Cannot send Email (Media type test failed).

Dear All,

We have configured our SMTP for sending mails on an action or trigger, but we are not receiving the mails. I am attaching the Screenshot here, Please someone suggest how to proceed on this.

By default, you may not be able to send emails in your environment. Is the mail server configured to connect to the mail server by specifying localhost? Set the mail server information according to your environment in media settings.

For example, depending on the environment, you may be able to send mail by specifying localhost.localdomain or 127.0.0.1 as the SMTP server for Email media.
