    Upgrade Appliance 2.0 to 2.2.5

    hello,

Is there a SIMPLE way to upgrade my zabbix Appliance 2.0 to 2.2.5 version ? I'm not very familar with linux commands, and the manual (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...lation/upgrade) is not explicit. What does exacly mean the 4th section "Install new server binaries" ? Is there a step by step tutorial ?

    Thank you.

    1) I hope you will do the full backup (or snapshot for virtual machine) before you will do any dangerous changes.

    2) Then you can try to do some automatic upgrade as it was described in this thread
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey

Thanks for the link, I will try to do this.

Of course, full backup by cold snapshot before the update.

OK, I tried with this command :

        rpm -Uvh http: http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/2.2/rh...el6.x86_64.rpm

And i get this message :

        Retrieving http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/2.2/rh...el6.x86_64.rpm
error: open of http: failed: No such file or directory
warning: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.3A5REY: Header V4 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 79ea5ed4: NOKEY

I don't understand this, what does it means ??
