fail to create host when hostGroupId greater than 9

I was trying to create host with java api, but I found that when the groupId in params greater than 9 , an error was responsed with infomation :
"{"code":-32500,"data":"No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!","message":"Application error."}".
I am sure that the hostGroup exists and the hostGroupId(when 10, 15 and so on) is correct. when groupId is no more than 9 , there is nothing wrong.
I can not speak English well but I hope you can understand what I said, thanks a lot!

I'm getting this too but with all groupids so far. Did you find a solution ?!
