How to do a spécific macro naming on MAP object URLs ?

    Hi,

i'm working on a MAP with my switch.

i have done status icons :

Click image for larger version Name:	00-zabbix-icons.PNG Views:	1 Size:	11.6 KB ID:	385054

i used the trigger of each interface to do something like this :

Click image for larger version Name:	00-zabbix-status-icons.PNG Views:	1 Size:	16.6 KB ID:	385053

Click image for larger version Name:	01-Zabbix-switchs-ports.PNG Views:	1 Size:	27.9 KB ID:	385055
And i would like to have the ifAlias end ifName of the port int the name of the urls part

Click image for larger version Name:	03-zabbix-Urls.PNG Views:	1 Size:	10.3 KB ID:	385056

To have this when i click on the port in the map

Click image for larger version Name:	03-zabbix-click.PNG Views:	1 Size:	23.0 KB ID:	385057

How can i create a MACRO to do this ?

    Thanks.

      Okay thanks.

Could be interesting to put it as a new feature.

It could be used to put a dynamic label or a link in this context :
      {ifName} - {if Alias} - ({ifPvid}) will appear like GigabitEthernet1/0/12 - Stormshield SN910 MASTER WAN int 1 (VLAN 25)
Those variables have already been used to name the trigger.

        Hello,

Question, when you did the interfaces discovery for the switch, did you have ports that did not have anything connected?
If that's the case, how did you manage to show in the map the icon in RED (down)? I'm doing something very similar and the ports that were down at the moment of the discovery are not showing its trigger properly. Since they were down already, the trigger "interface operational status" is set as OK as the state never changed. So when I place all the icons in the map, they all show GREEN.. both UP ports and DOWN ports.
If I get a laptop connected to the DOWN port for a moment so as the trigger changes state to UP and then disconnect so it changes to DOWN it will work. But it's crazy to do this on all the switches I need to manage.

        Thank you!
