help on trigger timetable

Hi Zabbix experts.

I am new at zabbix and understand little of the expressions used in triggers. I need you help figuring out this one: I have a trigger that checks for CPU load which goes like

{is-mod-base-os-windows:perf_counter[\238(_Total)\6].avg(1800)}>80

How should I go about modifying it so that it doesn't check for CPU load between the hours of 2am and 6am? I have so few knowledge I can't even try myself at it.

Can anyone help me?

&

    ({is-mod-base-os-windows:perf_counter[\238(_Total)\6].time(0)}<020000)
    |
    ({is-mod-base-os-windows:perf_counter[\238(_Total)\6].time(0)}>060000)
