Send automatic email when ping doesn't reponse while 5 minuts

hi,
I trying to send an email alert when ping doesn't reponse while 5 minuts. After this, an alert pop-up
When I check my alert there is any action.. but in the dashboards I see the problem "Unavailable by ICMP ping". So, my altert is ok but not the action "send email"

I use this template https://share.zabbix.com/official-templates/icmp-ping
and my action using smtp.google.com

I don't understand why there is any action
can you help me ?

Have you specified the user you want to send email to the action operation?
Did you register your email address on the user's media?
Does the user have access to the failed host?
