Stop user from disabling hosts

Hello, is there a way to explicitly deny an admin user from being able to disable monitoring of any hosts?

Not really. Zabbix currently does not allow such granularity of user permissions.

From organisation perspective - if this becomes a problem then why is such admin having elevated permissions in the first place? See if you can limit permissions of such user to certain hosts groups. Or simply talk to that guy, it sometimes helps
