Install zabbix agent on debian buster without libcurl4

I need to run libcurl3 on debian buster.
I can't install zabbix-agent b/c it depends on libcurl4 (which is the same as libcurl3) and it forces me to upgrade libcurl3.

Is there a way to install zabbix agent on debian buster without libcurl4 ?
