Bulk Item Creation in Zabbix 4.2

Hello,
is there way to create Items in bulk ?
i need to create more than 150 items all related to Window Event IDs the only difference among them is just the event id itself ?
any idea or help is highly appreciated

1) Export the template, it's a xml file, add the items you want then import it again
2) Use the API
