Cannot access zabbix frontend after migration

Hi,

I have a zabbix server in production and i want migrate it to a new system but when i import database lose access to frontend. I saw the logs (/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server_log) and I tried update password for Admin (and others users) in database, but nothing works.

An error (compatibility) appears when I import the database. After a while this error disappears and I can access the zabbix authentication panel, but then other error appears.

Some suggestion?

Notes:
- Old system (production): Zabbix server 3.4.15 over Ubuntu Xenial (Azure Virtual Machine)
- New system: Zabbix server 4.0 over Ubuntu Bionic (Azure Virtual Machine)
- The new system is a isolate machine.

The first error is associated with the fact that has launched a new frontend on the old database. After that apparently has launched a server that the first run converts database to the new version. And after the end convert frontend was connected. The second error apparently is associated with the fact that was used entrance with ldap and when transfer he was broken.

I finally found the problem. I am not a Zabbix administrator, I just had to migrate it and the administrator had made authentication changes (LDAP) that I was not aware of. I also tried to migrate Zabbix to a higher version and that failed.

After migrating Zabbix in the production environment, it is working correctly.
