SNMP Linux OS memory reports mis leading

The current way the "Template Module HOST-RESOURCES-MIB SNMPv2" template reports Linux memory usage and availability is mis leading. What would be the item key required to show the available memory and have a trigger on that? Or the used memory minus the memory cache?

The template from https://support.zabbix.com/secure/at...t_template.xml works much better.
