Item Creation with Pre-processing

Greetings,
We are collecting Windows Non-Paged Pool Memory "perf_counter[\Memory\Pool Nonpaged Bytes,1]" but would like to show that value as a percentage of the total memory on the server. Basically I am trying to do the following formula:
100/(total memory/non-paged pool memory)
I surfed the forums and documentation but can't find a way to do this. Can this be done and if so how? Many thanks in advance for your help.

Use calculated item with formula like (last("non-paged pool memory")/last("total memory"))*100 , where total memory, non-paged pool memory - key name of items.
